Customer Service Ain’t That Easy

dilbert-customer-serviceOne of my goals for Q4 is to improve internal customer service. It sounds easy…all you gotta do is smile and treat the customer like a king/queen! But it’s really not that easy! The whole customer process from beginning to end needs to be re-evaluated. The team needs to be re-evaluated as well. Basically its everything and everyone! So let’s see how I will be able to meet this Q4 goals when I’m even planning to take leave in December!
